How Omniology handles security incidents and vulnerability disclosures.
Incident Notices
This page is where Omniology publishes security incident notices in compliance with Section 11.1 of our Privacy Policy.
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in high risk to operator rights, we will:
- Notify affected operators via email within 72 hours
- Notify relevant supervisory authorities within 72 hours where legally required
- Publish a notice on this page describing the nature of the breach, the data affected, and remediation steps taken
Current status: No incidents to disclose as of June 23, 2026.
Reporting a Vulnerability
Found a security issue? We appreciate responsible disclosure.
Please email security@omniology.ai with:
- A description of the vulnerability
- Steps to reproduce
- Potential impact
- Any suggested remediation
We aim to acknowledge reports within 48 hours. Please give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before public disclosure.
Our Security Practices
- TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage for sensitive data
- Wallet seeds stored only in deployment secrets, never in databases
- Role-based access controls and least-privilege enforcement
- Logging and monitoring of privileged access
- Periodic vulnerability assessments
- Rate limiting and anomaly detection
